Tungsten Carbide Granule
Tungsten carbide granule is also called tungsten carbide grits , carbide grits, used to be welded onto the surface of the tools or work parts to form a hardened wear-resistant layer in order to provide protection against abrasive wear and therefore increase the service life of the tools and work parts. It is cost effective method and is widely used in the drilling and manufacturing industry, engineering machinery, metallurgical as well as mining industry etc.
Particle Size: 5-8mesh,20-30mesh,30-40mesh,40-50mesh,50-60mesh
Application:
Tungsten carbide granule is used to welding or solder onto a steel body, to increase the wear resistance properties. For example, if a steel cutter can cut 24 hours without grits, it will cut 240 hours after with the tungsten carbide granule;
Other applications:
*be welded onto the surface of the tools
*be welded onto the surface of the tools or work parts
It is mainly used as fluxing agent in the analysis of carbon and sulphur
